True to the Blue - Tommy Hilfiger

Known for his love of all things Americana, Tommy Hilfiger has been selling the American dream since 1985. It seems that his latest denim collection, True to the Blue is no exception, taking inspiration from the depths of his personal archives and earlier work.

To celebrate the launch of this highly anticipated collection, we’re taking a look back at our own archives, digging out some of the brand’s most iconic ad campaigns and eye-catching pieces of work.

When Tommy Met Bowie

Back in Spring 2004, rock icon David Bowie and his wife Iman became the face of Tommy Hilfiger’s H Hilfiger collection. Shot by famed photographer Ellen Von Unwerth, the campaign showcased the sophisticated edge of the collection.
