The Wonders Of The Ozarks
As promised, and allowing myself to go down memory lane I'd now like to share with you just a few of the pictures that we took when developing the Ozark brand and marketing programme and that was taken in to fashion and home products.
It's been truly great to revisit this time in my life/late 90's which prompts me yet again to the knowledge that it is possible to brand an area/territory wherever in the world where those viewing can automatically mentally and visually click-in to the mood and ambience of the offer - positive reactions and peaceful subliminal thoughts.
Of interest, in the late 80's I picked out the Camargue district of Provence which was very colourful, evocative and where the traditional design elements were much influenced by the 'gypsy' community that live in the Camargue area, their forebears many centuries previously having travelled from India. We will follow this up with some of the work we did on this where design and colour are as always pivotal.
Mood and colour are the key.
Django Reinhardt performing at the Camargue Festival annually and the 'wild white horses' performing every day are all part of 'the mood'.
We hope you like these pictures we took as much as we do.
All the photographs shown in this blog were taken by Andrew Errington who happens to be my son-in-law.
