Heston Blumenthal: The Perfectionist

Culinary mastermind Heston Blumenthal is known for his innovative approach to cooking. His signature dishes include bacon and egg ice cream, snail porridge and of course his famous Meat Fruit.

With six Michelin stars under his belt and an OBE, it is no wonder that Heston is considered one of the greatest chefs in Britain today.

To celebrate the opening of Heston's latest venture The Perfectionists' Cafe (located in Heathrow Airport, Terminal 2), we've taken a look at some of his memorable moments.
