Harley Davidson - An American Icon

The iconic Harley Davidson brand was founded way back in 1903 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Surviving the Great Depression, Harley Davidson motorcycles were supplied to US soldiers during World War II and have found their place in the hearts of
Americans ever since.

In the last 50+ years, Harley Davidson bikes have had many trips to Hollywood, featuring in major blockbusters such as Easy Rider (1969), Terminator 2 - Judgement Day (1991) and Captain America: The First Avenger (2011).

With their classic designs and fascinating history, it's no wonder that the Harley Davidson brand has stood the test of time. We've taken a selection of clippings from our archives to share some of the brand's finest moments over the last couple of decades.
