Are you a Molton Browner?

Molton Brown opened originally as a hair dressers in 1973 on South Molton Street London. Their radical approach to hairdressing meant they quickly gained a loyal following by introducing haircuts to suit individual customers.

The first products were hand mixed above the hair dressers on South Molton Street and by the 1980's Make up, body and skincare products were being sold to clients. Molton Brown were soon approached by high end department stores, hotels and airlines to sell the products. In 2012 Molton Brown have offices worldwide, distribute to over 70 countries and run their own spas.

Molton Brown use natural ingredients which are from sustainable sources, 90% of their products are manufactured in Hertfordshire, England and they never have and never will test on animals.

Plus you wouldn't believe the great benefits Molton Brown give its staff. Benefits include: 20 free products (quarterly), days off and vouchers to celebrate birthdays and an extra week of holiday the year you get married.

I believe that Molton Brown is a great brand with an inspiring history, like many beauty brands it started small and personal but with great determination comes great reward which is why Molton Brown are so successful to this day.

We have some great images from Molton Brown in our archive and we wanted to share our favourites with you, here is a selection of Molton Brown ads from 1983
